I began my career over 20 year ago in Saint Paul, and I never left.  The client relationships that I have developed over the years are incredibly important to me.  I take pride in making you feel seen while you sit in my chair.  I value having open, honest and sometimes gritty conversations with my clients. One of us might  cry when we talk about the hard stuff...maybe both of us.  But I promise we will both laugh.  I LOVE it when we laugh.  

I'm happy to create  effortless looks for the  person who has zero time for fussiness.  I enjoy creating lived-in color and custom vivid colors that pop.  I am so grateful for each client, and my co-workers.  I look forward to  curating a space that feels comfortable, yet fun,  that is ever changing for all of us.  

When I'm away from Studio Alles, I love to spend time with my super hot husband, our two kids and dog.  I can't stop digging in the dirt as I enjoy all things that grow. Camping, fishing, hiking, and my motorcycle are also at the top of my fun list.  Favorite Movie:  The Goonies

Hello my friend, I’m Nikki. 

I moved to Minnesota from Wisconsin some years ago and have built an amazing family of clients here in St. Paul. 

I am very passionate about taking care of my clients and love to develop lasting relationships. I care a lot about your hair and your ideas and will take the time to listen to your concerns and hair dreams. I pride myself in helping people feel great about their hair and educating my clients on how to achieve their desired look. My goal is to be non-judgmental and available to you for questions that arise at any time and not just during your appointment with me.  

My specialties include luxury services in Keratin Tip Extensions and corrective Tape-ins. I also specialize in blonding, balayage, men’s cuts and beard trims!

 When I’m not in the studio, I enjoy coffee, traveling,  and am always up for a good book. If you bring in pictures of your pets, or Netflix recommendations we will get along fabulously.

Becky Lynn is a skilled stylist specializing  in low-maintanance  color and lived-in color techniques.  Becky Lynn has a passion for creating effortlessly beautiful looks and ensures her clients leave the salon feeling confident and refreshed. In addition to her expertise in hair color, she also offers precision haircuts tailored to enhance each client's natural beauty.

Outside of the salon, Becky Lynn is and adjunct instructor at a local cosmetology school, where she share her knowledge  and experience with the next generation of stylists.  Her commitment to both her clients and students makes her  a trusted and respected figure in the beauty industry.
